  • How long is this offer available?

    Promotion runs September 1st to December 31st 2022,in the first instance. All applications must be accepted during this promotion period. 

  • I already have a mortgage with TTMF; can I still apply?

    Yes. To qualify, existing customers must borrow additional funds. There is no minimum amount.

  • I already own property; can I still apply?

  • Yes. You do not have to be a first-time homeowner to qualify for this promotion

  • What happens at the end of the first 6 years?

    At the end of this period, your interest rate will graduate to the current open market rate, but will not exceed the open market rate of 6% (as at September 1st 2022)
